ktm clutch lever
« Gepost op: 26-09-2011, 21:53 »
Hi,

I'm trying to order a ktm clutch lever for 450 exc 07 however encountered some problems. I have a magura system and according to ktm website this lever should fit:
http://shop.ktm.com/powerparts/handlebars-and-controls/levers/kupplungshebel-orange.html
but if I compare with the clutch lever on my bike it is more like this one:
http://shop.ktm.com/powerparts/handlebars-and-controls/levers/kupplungs-bremshebel-set-1.html

Please notice difference in the "cylinder" where you adjust free-play. One is covered and another one is uncovered. Why is this different and how can both fit my system?

Another question, why they have it only in orange? Where can I find silver one?

I think KTM powerparts are for the bling (and it'll cost you) while a KTM dealer can also get you the regular one

just take your to the local shop: your ktm dealer or other local MX shop will also be able to supply you with silver ones and short/long versions with or wothout front-brake switch part.
