I only know a few to stay away from, like Jager in Hoogeveen and HP in Eemnes. In general I rather buy from a shop that also performed the maintenance of the bike than from a bike trading shop. But obviously that limits your choice a lot.

There is literally 30 motorcycles on that site, all in Belgium...
