We are now making roadbook holders to fit 690R with brackets to accept Ignition Barrel because the Steerig damper pinn fits into original holes.The Scott/Ohlins steering damper fits in the Alloy Bar Risers.
It also allows the handlebar switch to fit onto roadbook so that there is more room on handlebar for ICO and roadbook thumbswitch.
We also make alloy filler to accept early KTM plastic cap.
Our next task is to finish samples of 5 litre plastic moulded tanks to fit behind side panels with fairing and fixed roadbook for larger rallys,pictures available soon.
We are UK based,and will soon have web site available.

Great initiative!!

Have you tested the roadbookholder setup yet? My standard KTM holder broke after a weeks rallying. I have the normal 'E' version which uses a different headlight combo, a lot thicker/deeper then the R unit, would you have adapters made up for them too?

Ps. Really intrested in what you plan to do with the fueltanks, so keep us posted!!!

Spreekt me heel erg aan! Zeker omdat eea makkelijk te verwijderen is als 'combo'.

Ik zoek een oplossing waarbij het roadbook zo ver mogelijk naar voren staat, zodat ik alles makkelijk kan aflezen tijdens het rijden. Nu moet ik echt vaak gaan zitten...

IDD. Dat was precies wat ik ook in gedachten had toen ik eraan begon. Ik kan nu staand navigeren zonder de "weg" uit het oog te verliezen
Verwijderen is "relatief" makkelijk. Het zijn welliswaar 2 bouten en de "zwanehals" is los, maar de originele kabelboom vergt wel wat werk om weer terug te zetten in de "normale stand. nog 1 piccie van voren.

idee van tank achter de originele zijkappen had ik ook al, en lijkt me DE ideale oplossing: Zonder extra breedte, gewicht op de juiste plek, en een paar litertjes erbij is genoeg.

er moet ook nog een beetje koelwind door die radiator kunnen, maar is inderdaad wel een mooie oplossing zo, eindelijk eens niet een overdreven grote tank
